Debbie Jarman

Debbie is our HR and Business Operations Manager and is a people person through and through. With a background in the hospitality and leisure sector, all of her past roles have involved working with people and supporting their growth and development. 

We are excited that Debbie’s first role with a charity is with Youth Moves and she is thrilled to be part of the transition to the new 224 Youth Zone. She is eager to help create a vibrant community hub which has a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. 

She believes in adding a bit of fun to everything she does and gets a kick out of seeing people give things their all and exceed their own expectations. 

Outside of work Debbie spends time socialising with friends and family and enjoys spending time with her new dog Remi the Cavapoo who encourages her to get outdoors and appreciate the beauty of nature.  She also loves baking with her grandkids and is a big fan of tasty treats from all over the globe.
